Conference Phone and Call Bookings

The Faculty Office (Bld 64) has a Polycom Soundstation EX conferencing phone that enables users to hold an audio conference in their office or meeting room with one or more external callers.

This phone is not available for borrowing (except for Faculty Office staff) but staff can borrow the University's one by filling in the online form:
