Bio

Marissa Dickins BA (Hons) (Monash University) is a PhD student within the Consumer Health Research Group (CHaRGe) at the School of Primary Health Care, Notting Hill. Her PhD project 'Health and the Internet: How Social Media Affects the Health of Its Users' aims to look at how people interact with various forms of the internet, and how this affects their perceptions of their health and wellbeing.

Marissa has been involved with a number of research studies including Breast Cancer and Swine Flu.
