Inpatient Services

Two paediatric wards (41N, & 42N) are located on Level Four of Monash Medical Centre.

Neonatal Intensive care is located on Level Five and contains eighteen-twenty ventilated beds and twenty eight special care nursary beds. A four bed Paediatric Intensive Care unit is located with adult ICU on level three. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is located in an seperate building at the rear of the Monash Medical Centre.

The Department of Paediatrics manages one of two general paediatric units (A).
