About the School of Nursing and MidwiferyThe mission of the School of Nursing and Midwifery is to be one of the finest and most innovative Schools of Nursing and Midwifery in Australia. It aims to be a School which embraces excellence in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level locally, nationally and internationally. Through collaboration, it will develop a clearly focussed and competitive practice-based research profile that will be highly regarded by the profession and by industry. The School offers a high quality education and a vibrant learning environment for students across several Australian campuses through on campus study, off-campus learning, and flexible learning, including electronic study units. Studying nursing and midwifery at Monash University opens the door to new worlds.
