Indigenous Applicants

The Faculty encourages Indigenous Applicants to apply for our Gippsland MBBS course.

In addition to the general application procedures Indigenous applicants should submit the following two forms with their transcripts to ACER.

• CAIS Supplementary Information Form -contact CAIS for the appropriate form on (03) 9905 4200
• Statutory Declaration Form (pdf, 26KB)
