Car Parking:
Limited metered parking is available along Commercial Road otherwise the Alfred Hospital visitors car park is situated in the multilevel car park. The visitor car park is accessible from Centre Lane, an internal roadway, which runs off Commercial Road and is located between The Alfred Centre & The Burnet Tower. Traffic approaching along Commercial Road, from either direction, can turn into Centre Lane.

Public Transport:
Trains: Prahran railway station is only a short walk from the Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct
Buses: Routes 216, 219 and 220 from the city stop directly outside the main entrance to the Alfred Hospital
Trams: Numbers 3, 5, 6,16, 64 and 67 travel along St Kilda Road from Flinders Street Station. Alight at the corner of St Kilda and Commercial Roads. Number 72 travels along Commercial Road from Camberwell. There is a tram stop directly outside the main entrance of the Alfred Hospital.
