Monash alumnus appointed new Director of MISCL
Professor Richard Boyd has been appointed as the new Director of the Monash Immunology and Stem Cell laboratories, the latest event in his long relationship with the University.
Centre for Medical and Health Sciences Education
Contributions will be used for purchasing essential equipment, including simulation models, outfitting of the two professional medical consulting suites to support clinical skills education; the e-learning environment; and supporting research into medical and health sciences education and establishing a postgraduate student scholarship program.

National Research Centre for the Prevention of Child Abuse
Contributions to the Centre will be used to establish research programs that aim to understand the causes and consequences of child abuse and family violence; provide a critical analysis of child welfare practice and public policy which affects the lives of children and develop training programs for professionals in health, education and welfare.
Vivian Bullwinkel Memorial Fund
In honour of Vivian Bullwinkel’s lifelong work, the Chair in Palliative Care Nursing has been established to conductresearch into the provision of palliative care of people who are dying, and their families; and enhance palliative care nursing both nationally and internationally.
