Sue is Executive Officer and Senior Research Fellow in the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in Patient Safety. She also teaches the MPH2067 subject "Quality Improvement in Health Care'.
Sue completed her PhD in 2006 through the Department of Medicine, University of Adelaide. Her thesis investigated whether an intervention could successfully improve reporting of adverse incidents by doctors and nurses in South Australia.
