About the Department of Community Emergency Health and Paramedic Practice

The Monash University Department of Community Emergency Health and Paramedic Practice (DCEH&PP) provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students currently working in or planning employment in ambulance and community based emergency health settings.

Bachelor of Emergency Health (Paramedic) and a Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Emergency Health (Paramedic) course is offered to those seeking employment as a graduate paramedic.

The Alfred Campus of the Department of Community Emergency Health and Paramedic Practice has two separate sections, the first is postgraduate education, the second is the Professional Development and Commercial Programs Unit.

DCEH&PP is located is located in building H on the Peninsula Campus at Frankston (see map), and at the Alfred Hospital in the Monash Medical Sciences building for the Alfred Campus (see map ).
